The purpose of this site is to present MBN HOST DEMO, its rooms and experiences, and to allow travellers to submit booking requests directly. Using the site implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, we ask that you do not use the site.

The site is freely accessible to any user with internet access. All costs related to access (equipment, connection) are borne by the user. We strive to ensure continuous availability of the site but cannot be held responsible for interruptions due to maintenance, technical incidents or force majeure.

Creating an account requires accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for any activity carried out from your account. The riad reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of fraudulent use or breach of these terms.

Displayed prices are shown in euros (€) for guidance and may change at any time. The final, firm price is the one communicated by the riad in the booking confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices are per room per night and include applicable tourist tax.

All elements of the site (text, photographs, illustrations, logo, design and code) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of MBN HOST DEMO or its partners. Any reproduction, representation or use, in whole or in part, without prior written permission, is prohibited.

Information published on the site is provided for guidance and is updated regularly. The riad cannot be held responsible for:

• errors or omissions in the content;
• indirect damage resulting from access to or use of the site;
• temporary unavailability of the site;
• fraudulent use of a user's credentials.

The riad's liability can only be engaged in the event of duly established gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

The site may contain links to third-party sites (maps, WhatsApp messaging, social media). The riad has no control over these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content or data practices.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts of Marrakech shall have sole jurisdiction. Travellers residing in the European Union retain the benefit of the mandatory provisions of their national law.
